We offer day-of services for any event size up to 150 guests. If you don't see something that matches your needs, but are still interested in our services, please contact us to develop a customized plan based on your needs.
Elopement Day-of Coordination Package Details
This package is intended for clients who want a small, intimate elopement. Best for events with less than 25 guests, this package includes many of the full day-of coordination features, but built for a smaller setting:

Day-of Event Coordination
Package Details
We have two package sizes, the small event package is intended for clients with less than 100 guests. The large event package is intended for clients with 100-150 guests. Both coordination packages include:

Pricing starting at $1200 for small events, $1500 for large events
Interested in adding our Officiating Services?
We can provide an officiant as an add-on to the small or large wedding package for $300, or to the elopement package for $150. Please mention your interest during your consultation phone call for more information.
Just need your decorations set up?
If you are not in need of vendor coordination or planning assistance, we also provide a set up only option. This includes a venue walk through and up to 5 hours of service on the day-of, solely to set up your personal decorations, and will leave prior to the start of your event. We will not provide any vendor management, contract review, or timelines, but will provide our vendor recommendations and planning checklists to aid in your planning journey.
Pricing starting at $600 for small events for up to 100 guests,
or $800 for large events up to 150 guests.
