Pre-Event Partial Planning Package Details

This package is intended for clients who want some guidance along their planning journey. We are available every step of the way to help you have the most successful event planned prior to the big day. This package includes:

Initial planning meeting to discuss goals, finances, and vision prior to planning.
Based on your wishes, we will narrow your options to 3 vendors for you to choose from and book.
Unlimited communication via email or text message.
Always working with Shannen, the owner of Pink Daisies Events
Regular check-in meetings to discuss planning process, budget, and vendor options.
30 day venue walk thru
Customized vendor timeline
Rehearsal walk thru the week of the wedding
Guest list management and seating chart assistance

Day-of Event Coordination

Package Details

We have two package sizes, the small event package is intended for clients with less than 80 guests. The large event package is intended for clients with 80-150 guests. Both coordination packages include:

Up to 12 hours of service on the event day
Vendor coordinating
Unlimited communication via email and text message.
Always working with Shannen, the owner of Pink Daisies Events
Planning guide, budget tracker, and recommended vendors list to aid your planning process.

Setup and breakdown of all personal decor
Management of all vendors and timelines on the day of so you can relax!

Pricing starting at $900 for small events, $1100 for large events

Start-to-Finish Package

Do you want both our Partial Planning and our Day-of Coordination package? Our Start to Finish package includes all of the features of the partial planning and day of coordination services. Pricing for this inclusive package varies depending on the size of your event, location, and time until the event.

Pricing ranges from $1500 to $1700
